Please include your version of Joomla, Moodle and Joomdle when seeking assistance.  Also, if you do not get an immediate response, do not bump your posting as it will be deleted.

Remember Joomdle is a free extension and the Joomdle Team has 'day time' jobs as well.

Thanks for your understanding

Hi~
It doesn't look like I'll be needing Joomdle after all. Any reasons why I might need it in the future? To me it just appears to be of use for integrating Joomla and Moodle users.

It wasn't what I thought it would be I guess. So to uninstall do I have to do anything else? If I remember correctly I changed a lot of things in Moodle to integrate it. I saw the Wiki page and that made it sound simple. Don't I have to change some settings in Moodle after uninstalling?

Yes correct. Joomla + Moodle = Joomdle - thus integrating the two. But more about the data than the users as describe on the Joomdle home page.

As for if you need it in the future, only you will know that :)

To remove, just undo what you did. Remove the joomdle component from joomla, remove the directories from moodle. Also ensure you do not lock yourself out of moodle depending on how you set up your joomdle and moodle prior to remove joomdle ie did you turn off the main moodle login screen from the backend. IF so turn it back on first.
