Hi folks. I am new to Joomdle, so please pardon my ignorance here.

I went through all of the steps listed for the Joomdle installation process, but users are not synching between programs. When a user logs into Joomla, they are not logged into Moodle and vice versa.

I have included three screenshots:
- the table that shows that the users are not being 'seen' by all three programs
- mu Joomdle configuration on Joomla
- my Joomdle config on Moodle

I have gone through these forums and the installation instructions several times trying to find out what I am missing, and I cannot figure out where the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Todd.

I guess your system check is all green, as things seem to be working fine, by looking at the users screenshot.

I think what happens is that you are expecting existing users to become Joomdle users, but this does not happen automatically. If you want, you can migrate those users by using the controls in the Users view.
For new users, they should be created with the 3 checks when you create them in Joomla. Try registering a new user (backend or frontend, does not matter) and check if he has all 3 marks.
Users with all 3 marks should be able to do SSO.
