Customising "My Grades" module/view #1
In the "My Grade" view (menu item), is it possible to add a column with activity Weights into the table? From searching we think it's stored in the grade_items table as "aggregationcoef", however we can't produce an output when replacing the other column's data.
Also, in "My Grades" module, where are the marks taken from?

Hi.
In order to show that info, you would need to modify Joomdle web service(s) to return it, an then use it in the view.
If you want, we can add the data to Joomdle web service for a future release, although I can't tell you how long it will be until it is available. Then you would need to create a template override to use this new data, as I would not include it in the default view.
If you need this fast, I could send you the changes before next release.
As for my grades module: this shows latest user grades. It gets data from grade_grades table.

Thanks, that'll be great. We are already using template override to hide unused columns/change the layout, and now trying to see if we could add to the table to show more information that we wanted.
Another quick question, how are the activities in My Grades view sorted? We've tried to change the activities' order in Moodle but it doesn't seem to change the order in My Grades.
Regarding the My Grades module, is it possible to change the data displayed as well? We know which file is used to display the module, could you direct us as to what to change to make it show letter grades instead of finalgrade?

So, I guess you are using the Gradebook format in "my grades" right?
As for order: I just took a quick look at the code, and it seems to me we are not ordering them in any way. I will check this a bit more and get back to you.
As for my grades module: I checked, and you cannot use letter grades right now, as the web service is returning only finalgrade. I can also put it in the list of requested features, in case we can add it for a future release.

Customising "My Grades" module/view #5
Our website is now being tested in 3 schools with almost 1000 students using it. I know you are very busy and so most of the suggestions for improvements to the Joomdle area we have just knocked back to say it is not possible at the moment but there have been 2 requests that are tricky to ignore, one was made by over 123 students out of almost 1000 and one was made by 81.
They both relate to the My Grades module. We have the feedback working now and both the students and the teachers love it so thank you.
Request 1:-
Can the "Assessment Titles" be Clickable so that if the student has not done the tasks they can click on the name and it goes to the task? Attached is a screenshot you can see what I mean.
Request 2:-
We have nearly 20 courses on the site and increasing rapidly. Is there a way you can create a filter drop down so they student selects the course and then it shows the table for that course. Obviously, it defaults to all courses but to save then scrolling down miles and miles a filter would be so useful. Failing a filter, maybe a search?
Thank you so much for your support.

Customising "My Grades" module/view #6
Hi.
Thanks for the suggestions.
1. This needs changes in web services, as needed data for linking is not available now. I will put it in our list, but I cannot tell you when it could be added.
2. For this, I think there is already a solution: instead of linking to mygrades view, link to mycoursegrades view, which shows all your courses, linking to the coursegrades view for each one.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Thank you we will try that.
If you can work out a way of the linking it would make it so much easier for the kids, as they currently have to go to Profile, My Grades. look at the grades and then go back to the course, it is just very clunky. I feel used the grade feature in Moodle, it does link to the courses, but we want to use your system in Joomla.
Keep me informed, thank you.

Hi
I have installed the new version on both Moodle and Joomla as instructed.
The links are not clickable, in the blue area on the screenshot below, Maybe I have done something wrong upon installation. I have used your system check and all is green.

I see your layout is different. Maybe you have a template override and you need to update it?
