I need some assistance/guidance.
Currently how our system works is when I create a new course Joomdle automatically creates a Student and teacher usergroup, when a student is enrolled into that course they are automatically added to the usergroup.
Pros
If I want to see what courses a student has been enrolled for I simply hover over "Multiple Groups" on the users page.
The student remains in the group even if they are suspended in Moodle (great way of keeping track of prior courses completed)
Cons
Each time I create a course Joomdle creates a teacher and student user group, problem is thanks to this I now have almost 3000 user groups which is starting to make the site very unstable.
What I want is a way to still know which courses a student is enrolled into without them being added to a user group.
I want to prevent Joomdle from creating new student and teacher groups.
Is it possible to have Joomdle add this info to a Note on Joomla.
Hope I have explained myself well enough.
