Problems related to the change of server

Hello,
I change server and I have a problem.
I uninstalled Joomdle and reinstalled it. The configuration is normally good, but when clicking on buttons such as: system Chek, Mapping there is an error message related to the Timeout. Once the configuration is finalized, the validation under joomla is very long. The same applies to the display of users and it is impossible to make changes to enter users in Joomdle.
Is there a procedure to facilitate the transfer?

There's no special procedure to change servers: everything should keep working the same without any changes.

In your case, it could be that the new server is not able to connect to itself, and that's why you see the timeouts.
