Joomdle lets you sell Moodle courses through Joomla by integrating any of the supported e-commerce Joomla extensions.

Using an e-commerce extension has the added benefit of being able to purchase multiple courses at once, thus:
* You can give your users a better shopping experience
* You can reduce transaction fees

Also, you can also use all payment methods supported by the e-commerce extension

Currently, supported extensions are:
* Hikashop
* J2Store
* Joomshopping
* Mijoshop
* Virtuemart


First you need to ensure that the one you choose is working for normal products.

Then you will need to install the required Joomdle integration plugins for the extension you are using.

Once you install and enable required plugins, you have to configure Joomdle to use the selected e-commerce component for shop integration. You can do it it Joomdle backend->Configuration->Shop.

Once configured, you can acces the Shop section in Joomdle admin panel,to enable the courses you want to sell.

The listing shows all Moodle courses. You just need to publish them to get the products automatically created in your shop.

Details are taken from Moodle: name, description, price, images.

You can change these values by editing the product in shop, but you need to keep the value of the field that links course product with Moodle course. Depending on the shop component, this may be called SKU, code, etc.


Products will placed into the category you set in Joomdle configuration. You can add them to new categories, but you cannot remove them from the original category, as it is used by Joomdle to know which products are courses.  You can even unpublish this category in shop, so it does not show in frontend.


You can also use the controls available to:
* Unpublish. Sets the product as unpublished in shop
* Reload from Moodle. Reloads the info (name, description, price) from Moodle
* Trash. Deletes the products from shop


===Bundles===

With Joomdle, you can create "bundle products", that contain several courses. This way you can offer one product in shop that enrols buyer in several courses upon purchase.

To create a new bundle, click on "New bundle" button in toolbar in Joomdle->Shop.

Here you can set product name, description and price. Also, you can select which courses will be added to the bundle. Once you save, a new product will be created in shop. When a user buys the product, he will be enroled in all bundle courses.


This feature also lets you have 2 different shop products linking to the same Moodle course, by creating 2 bundles with just the same course.
