After removing and installing the new Joomdle plugin you will need to enable it. Then, visit Notifications again.
Known Limitations: You will need to re-enter your Joomdle configuration details in the Joomdle Component Parameters once you have installed the new version.

You can install the new version over existing one. Configuration parameters will be kept.

Upgrade from R0.9x to 1.0

In Joomdle 1.0, most 3rd party integrations have been moved to independent plugins, that you will need to install separately.

Some of them are available only to active subscribers, so please check your configuration and plan ahead before you upgrade. Contact us in the forums if you have any doubts.

Moodle

  • Remove old auth/joomdle folder and put new one in place
  • Visit Moodle Notifications
  • Go to Administration -> Plugins-> Web Services -> External Services, select Joomdle and go to Functions, to add any new one that the new version may have.
