Quick Install Guide

Joomla

  • Install Joomdle Joomla package
  • Go to Components->Joomdle->Configuration
  • Enter Moodle URL, save configuration
  • Copy Joomla auth token that was generated


Moodle

  • Install auth plugin in Moodle
  • New settings page will come up, enter Joomla URL and the Joomla auth token, save configuration
  • Go to Site administration->Plugins->Authentication->Manage authentiaction and enable Joomdle plugin
  • Go to Site administration -> Server -> Web services -> Manage tokens and copy the token of the Joomdle service

Back to Joomla

  • Enter Moodle auth token, save configuration
  • Go to Joomdle->Components->System check to see if everything is working as expected
