| As someone who has not used Joomdle before, it is imperative that you complete the prerequisites before attempting to install Joomdle in Moodle or Joomdle in Joomla. Failure to do so, will result in a non functioning installation and hours of frustration. Why spend all that time loosing your hair when you can spend 5 minutes ensuring you have completed the prerequisites. This project was created to fulfill the growing demand for an integrated Joomla!, Content Management System, and Moodle, an e-learning platform.
At this time, Joomdle provides:
- Single Sign On from Joomla to Moodle
- Unique users between platforms
- Linking from Joomla to Moodle courses and other content
- Displaying Moodle content in the Joomla frontend
- Support for Search Engine Friendly URLs (SEF)
- Searching Moodle content from the Joomla search engine
- Integration with Virtuemart for Joomla!
