Batch import users in Moodle

With Joomdle, you can use Moodle's upload users feature, and have users created in Moodle and Joomla, synced with Joomdle.
There are 2 things to do for this to work:
- Enable "Sync users to Joomla" in Joomdle configuration in Moodle
- Include auth field in CSV file
Example file:
auth,username,password,firstname,lastname,email,course1,type1
