Dear All!

I would like to know why doesn't shows up nothing in Frontpage exepte the course names?

When I create a course in moodle the joomsocial doesn't create any group, and the user can not enroll.

Second one, on the joomsocial toolbar menu appear the Courses tab and submenus becouse of the plugin, but nothing is in!

Third one, any of modules doesn't shows any of moodle datas :(

The system check are all green in all places.

I am using Joomla 2.5.14 Joomdle latest and joomsocial 2.6.2.

Please be so kind and help me to start!

Thank you in advance!

I don't know what you mean there.

Group not created: did you enable Jomsocial group creation in Joomdle config in Moodle?

User cannot enrol: Not sure what you mean here either.

Modules: which modules don't show data?

Hola Antonio!

Well, no I didn't enabled the group creation before...:) Now I did it, I will see how it's work. Thank you.

How can I assign prices to the courses? In Virtuemart directly?

How can I show the prices in joomla ?

Muchos gratias!

Zsolt

Dear Antonio!

Unfortunately no, the courses are not creating in Jomsocial.

Is there any other switch what I have to check?

Thank you.

For your Virtuemart, you can read through the wiki documentation ...

Hi Chris!

Thank you! Yes I was asking just becouse I have setted everyting up, but where I can assign price to the course? In VM or is moodle? I am very familiar with Joomla system not as much with the moodle.

I am lost a bit in this area now. So I need someone's help.

The problem with the jomsocial course (groups) missing, still persist!

Any idea why I can not see populated in jomsocial the Courses groups?

I appriciate any help in this manner.

Regards

Hi again, the link I provided above gives the configuration of Moodle. You can also edit pricing on each course in Moodle. Then sync over to Joomla.

Given you are familiar with Joomla, it would be beneficial to spend some time playing with Moodle. It can be quite daunting for a Joomla native person. I went trough the pain myself a couple of years back. I guess because Moodle has sooo many features it takes time to learn them. And with the easy of which Joomla brings the content to Joomla, it shields the complexity in moodle to a degree.

I just tested J2.5 + Jomsocial 3.04 and course group creation is working fine, so I don't know what your problem may be. Maybe an issue with 2.6, but I would not think so, as this was working before in that release, and no one has complained it stopped working.

Dear Antonio!

Thank you for response!

If I give you in pm the credentials to the both systems, can you take a look on the settings and help me to find the problem?

Of course I am willing to pay for your help.
