Homepage modules appearing on Joomdle was created by Ruth Cheesley
Hi all,
Tried every way around this but not coming up with any working solution.
I have two modules visible on the homepage - log in and "find us on". These are set in module assignment to NOT show on any page other than the homepage.
Whenever I use anything relating to joomdle, these modules appear which means the frame is too small (they should auto collapse) and it looks messy.
I've tried adding links to a hidden menu for every single item on the joomdle menu list and already have some links on the main menu in use (which don't show the modules until you get "into" moodle, but despite this the modules continue to appear as soon as they get "into" joomdle from the main menu link or from the modules.
I presume this is in some way relating to a lack of itemID on the URL's but at the moment it's something of a problem!

Hi.
I think that what happens here is that:
- Module is on front page
- When you click on a link, you don't really leave the homepage, only get moodle to load in an iframe, so you still get the same modules
Same way, if you put the joomdle module on other page that does not display frontpage modules, they won't be displayed when you click on the courses links.
So, to make it short: I understand your problem, but right now there is no easy way to solve it without tinkering with the code.
I put this on my list for R0.25.

OK thanks for that, I've shoved the modules in another location for now (which actually looks better!!!!!) so I have a workaround for the moment!
