Events Booking

Joomdle integrates with Events Booking, automatically enrolling users in Moodle courses when they register for an event.

Available Plugins​

  • Events Booking Joomdle — Enables the integration, automatically enrolling users in the configured Moodle courses when they register for an event.
  • Events Booking Joomdle Groups — Allows assigning users to specific Moodle courses or groups when registering for an event. When installed, a new tab appears in the event creation interface. Use this plugin instead of Events Booking Joomdle if you need group assignment.

How It Works​

When a user registers for an event, they are automatically enrolled in the Moodle courses associated with that event. If the Groups plugin is active, they can also be assigned to specific course groups.

Configuration​

When creating or editing an event, a new Joomdle Courses Settings tab will appear. From there you can:

  • Select which courses users should be enrolled in when they register for the event.
  • (If using the Groups plugin) Assign users to specific course groups.
