Hi guys,

I did everything again on my new website. This time I just used the new version R0.30

When members join in Joomla (Via jomsocial) they will not be automatically created in moodle.

System health check shows no problem.

I manually sync members in Joomdle component.
Even after doing that, I still do not see members in moodle.

In other words, I have no integration.

Joomla website is : www.ezaban.com
Moodle website is: uni.ezaban.com

Bests,

You say they join Joomla using the Jomsocial registration. Do the users enroll in a course or just register to Joomla?

They just register in the joomla site but when they go to moodle site they are not logged in, they are not even added in moodle database !

Previously I had no such problem ! For enrollment they will have to buy via Virtuemart.

is ystem check showing everything all right?
Did you enable autocreate moodle users?

You say sou manually sync: when you do, do you get errors? Is the listing showing the user have moodle accounts?

System health check shows everything right (Green icon for everything)
Yes, I did. But it cannot manually add to moodle when they are registered in Joomla.

I get no error when I manually syinc users. After syncing I see that they are added in moodle when I am in joomla administration section BUT
when I go too moodle site. I see no member ! there are only two members in moodle, one of them is me (admin) the otherone has no name and email and it appears to be localhost.

Very strange....Check that your URL are correct in both joomla and moodle.

joomla is installed on public_html/
moodle is installed on public_html/uni

However, I entered moodle URL as uni.ezaban.com instead of www.ezaban.com/uni

can it cause problem?

I think so. Try changing it to the real URL.

I did. It appears that joomla users are now in Moodle, but It is very strange,
There is no data of the users except my own data that I logged in !

Look at the screenshot. Is it normal. Members should log in to have their information updated in moodle?

By the way, Moodle failed to create jomsocial groups for earch course. shall I do it manually?

I noticed again that it does not automatically add memebers to moodle.

Even after syncing, I cannot log into moodle.
