how can joodle in localhost for joomla

how can joodle in localhost for joomla was created by husein
i install component in joomla localhost envirenminet after i enable XML- RPC plugin in jommla as prequistes steb in decoumentation i get erorr
Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: Filename cannot be empty in
\server\xampplite\htdocs\elearning\administrator\components\com_joomdle\helpers\content.php on line 137
i know that must install moodle19 or moodle20 that in prequest decomentation that plugin name auth_joomdle.zip i cant install this plugin even i make
uncompresed zip becouse not contain xml file
after that how can make configration for moodle
please help me
i but auth plugin in root joomla in folder called moodle
and i but in Moodle URL for joomdle as http://localhost/elearning/moodle
and joomdle system check is
Check Status Error
XMLRPC PHP Extension done
PHP error reporting done
Joomla Web services done
Joomdle XMLRPC Plugin enabled done
Joomdlehooks User Plugin enabled done
Allow URL fopen done
Joomdle Web Services not work
Received empty response from Moodle

i istall joodle but for moodle i do not install moodle
i prapare auth plugin name auth_joomdle.zip i cant install this plugin even i make
uncompresed zip becouse not contain xml file

You need to install Moodle, and install auth_joomddle.zip in Moodle.

Have you got joomla and moodle working ok on their own yet? Do not install any joomdle stuff until both jooomla and moodle are working successfully.

about PHP XML-RPC i activate it from joomla pligin manager
by default it disable i make it enable
