[Solved] Blank second page was created by Keith Revell
Our organisation has been using Moodle and Joomdle successfully for over twelve months. We recently moved to a new website host provider and we are having trouble getting Moodle to work again within the Joomdle wrapper.
Our configuration is:
Joomdle 0.92
Moodle 1.9.19
Joomla 2.5.13
If we bypass our website and login directly into Moodle we have no problems and can access everything fine.
The Joomdle system check is all green ticks:
When we access the Moodle page from within our website using the Joomdle wrapper we can see everything on the front page OK. But when we select another Moodle link (it could be a course, a navigation breadcrumb, or a site setting menu - it doesn't matter) the next page is blank. Our website wrapper is displayed but there is nothing displayed by Moodle.
If we right click on the link and select "open in new window" the Moodle page is displayed correctly in a new window outside the wrapper.
I have tried changing the Moodle theme with no effect - I am currently using the default Moodle theme.
I have tested using Firefox and IE with the same result.
I have tried changing the setting in Moodle > Server > HTTP > frame name to settings such as "iframe" "_self" to no effect.
I have compared all the settings between our old host provider and the new host provider and they appear identical. The only change is I since the move to our new host I have upgraded Joomdle to .92.
Is there another setting somewhere that I need to change?

In moodle verify:
Site administration > Security > HTTP security > Allow frame embedding
is enable.
Site administration > Security > HTTP security > Allow frame embedding
is enable.

I am using Moodle version 1.9.19 and that setting does not exist. In this version is that setting in another location or changed in a different way?

Are you running Joomla and Moodle on the same domain?

Can you enable Joomla and moodle debugging and post the result when you open the blank page?

I have attached before and after Joomla debug prints - is this what you required? I set the debug report on in Moodle but not sure how to print the report?

The debug would be great from the blank screen, not before. When you open the blank page then take a screenshot with the blank page and the debug text.

I did that. It was the second document labelled QJAMoodledebug_Joomla1.pdf. This shows the blank Moodle screen within our website wrapper along with the debug text.

It seems it can be a www and not-www problem.
I opened your moodle site: http://www.q....au/moodle/ (Notice I put www in front).
When I see the links in the page, they all point to http://q....au/moodle/ (Notice there is no www)
So, maybe that is what happens: you configured Joomdle to use www in moodle address. First time it opens fine, but when you click a lick, domain changes and javascript restrictions make auto-height not to work.
