[Solved] Problem creating users in joomla through moodle

Hello everybody,

I'm new to joomdle and i'm having trouble with user creation in joomla through moodle.
I've read some posts here but it didn't worked for me.

I'm using Moodle 2.3.1 and Joomla 2.5.6.

They said that I should enable "sync users to Joomla" and when creating new users, I should select Joomdle as auth method.
But when I go to Joomdle Users in Joomla, the user is not created in joomla. Only on moodle and joomdle it is checked.

This may be a problem with Moodle 2.3, as I did some tests last week and got some errors. I will try to fix it for next release.

Is there any other way to do the same thing?

I've tried the package in my local server with wamp and it worked perfectly, installing the joomdle-joomla-package.zip through extension manager in joomla and copying the directories from auth_joomdle.zip into the auth directory in moodle directory, then updating it in the notices link in moodle.
After that I've created a new user and it created in joomla through moodle.

But, I've tried to do the same thing in my production test site, but it didn't worked.
In joomla there's others plugins installed.
Do you think that the problem could be the plugins installed?

If it works in one server and not the other, something must be different, although Í don't know what.

I join this discussion because I am facing the same problem. I installed the 8.3 package you send my Antonio and it installed fine but the users created in Moodle 2.3 do not sync with Joomla.

I have noticed the users created in Moodle show in the Joomdle user page in Joomla with a minus before the ID. For example: -9. Is this normal?

When I manually sync the user to Joomla, the ID changes to a normal number.

You can create a new user in moodle, and then check server logs for any errors.
As it works for me locally, I cannot replicate the issue to fix the problem.

With the sync not working, Joomdle is getting useless.
