User Details City and Country not provided by Joomdle

Joomdle does not fill the values for city and country in the user details. Because our users don't have access to their user profiles (and can not edit them), they can't login to moodle when these to fields are empty (and we have to fill them manually on every user). Is it possible to make joomdle fill these values with a default value or to tell moodle not to require them?

No, but you can collent them in Joomla side with a 3rd party app like Jomsocial, CB, Joomla user profile, VM.... and have them synced to Moodle.

Hi Antonio Durán, i already got Joomla 2.5.8 and Moodle 2.0, Im using Joomdle 0.9, but i have the same problem, i have installed the Jomsocial but i dont know how can I configure the jomsocial to fix he problem, can you help me?

As Antonio has mentioned, having Joomla and Moodle alone is not enough as Joomla does not have that information. Now that you have Jomsocial, you will need to configure Joomdle (configuration tab) to use Jomsocial for additional data. You can refer to the wiki documentation for installation instructions www.joomdle.com/wiki/3rd_Party_Integration

Also, once you have this done, you need to ensure the users are registering with Jomsocial and entering the data. If there is no data, it cannot be transferred to Moodle.

I was reading joomdle's manual, joomdle offers me three options SOURCE where I have selected NONE, and PROFILE TYPES where I indicated Jomsocial 2.x, my version is the 2.8.4,
When I enter into PROFILE TYPES I get up a message that says The integration with PROFILE TYPES is enabled In Profile, but any profiles to create In Moodle has not been selected,
What can I do?
