Topics Showing but only descriptions no links was created by kameron
So, I got it to show the course and topics, but there is no topic content other than the description and title. For example, my topics include quizzes, assignment folders, etc. None of that is showing. I am using Joomla 1.6 and Moodle 2.0. I have gone through the install guides and everything seems to be working but the links inside the topics.
UPDATE: I don't seem to be logged in to Moodle when I log into Joomla. I have single login turned on. And I have tried cURL and file_get_content connection making sure they are the same in both and it is not working. ALSO, have created a new user and verified that the new user did in fact show up in moodle. So I know SSO is somewhat working. Just won't log in.

Hi.
Joomdle will show only topic descriptions: other info is only available to course enroled members, so it can not be publically displayed.
As for your SSO problem: don't know what may be causing it. Double check that your moodle is configured in the same address as you put in Joomla (no www and without www-confussion)

Yes it the URL is correct. It gives an error if I don't have www or put a "/" at the end of the url. Moodle and Joomla are not in the same folder; each are in their own folder, but they are on the same domain.
I ensured that the user I created was in fact registered for the course. Even if I log the user in on the Moodle login page, the topics still will only show descriptions. Even using the Moodle wrapper will not log the user in. If I log the test user into Joomla, then open the Moodle wrapper, I still get the Moodle log in page asking me to log in.
Am I correct in assuming that if this all did work correctly, that I would see the topics links, folder, assignments and not just descriptions? If Joomdle is only designed to show descriptions for logged in and enroled users, I need to stop now and not waste my time further.

Hi.
I think you can stop now then.
As of now, Joomdle will not show any assignments, folders, etc in Joomla, even if the user is logged and enroled into the course.
EDIT: of course, it will show all moodle contents if you use the wrapper.
I don't know why SSO is not working for you, though....

Ok thank you Antonio. I thought Joomdle would display all content once SSO logged the student in. I have been trying to get it to work for 3 days now with no luck. I am sure it is something I am not configuring correctly. I already use JFusion for SSO and have Moodle in a wrapper. I was hopping Joomdle would make it more seamless so I would not have to use a wrapper.
Thanks again for the help.
