This message is generated from Moodle rather than Joomla or Joomdle.
I have not seen such an error message before, and it would appear at a first glance there is a conflict / bug with Joomdle 1.6 or Moodle 2.04. So if you don't mind a few questions to help isolate the problem ...
What happens when you log directly into Moodle?
If you temporarily configure your Joomla such that it does not recognise Moodle (perhaps change the URL), do you still get this error message?
Can you share the url with us? You can send to development@joomdle.com if you can.

As You suggested I updated to the newest version of Joomdle R0.6 for J1.6/1.7 in both Joomla and Moddle, all works fine now. Thanks for the great support.
