I just imported over 300 users using the ARRA component. Everything imported fine and all the users are showing in the joomla users list. However, when I attempt to go to users in joomdle so that I can send the users to moodle I get this error:

XML-RPC Error (0): Error reading from database

I have tried it with additional data source set to none, jomsocial and joomla user profiles and nothing changes. The database looks fine from what I can tell not being a sql expert.

I don't have any data mappings set up. And all is well in the system check.

Do you have a green check marks under system health check?

Just to be sure, do you have Php's XML-RPC libraries installed and enabled?

Yes - to all green checks under system health.

I am pretty sure on the xml-rpc. I switched hosts to hostgator and it should be installed and enabled. I am not a php guru though, so I am not sure how to verify that.

It is sure enabled, as the error shown happens inside the xmlrpc communication.

Did you try to go to the user page before importing all the users? Did it work before?

It seems like this is some problem with the users imported. Do they have anything special?

I would try removing the users, and cheking joomdle->users again.
If it works, import the users in little batches, to find out which are giving problems.

This way we can know if there is a bug or what is happening...

Also, if you try re-importing them by batches, you may find which user(s) are giving problems.

As I said before, this way we can know if it is a joomdle bug or a problem with the data.

I imported them all into moodle rather than using the component in joomla and they all came into joomdle just fine. I don't think it was a joomdle bug.
