Hi.
I checked, and I see that subscription was not complete: payment was not fully completed, as records show payment is still pending, and subscription is in "No status".
There might have been an issue when your boss tried to subscribe. Please try again now.
If your boss sees previous transaction as completed, he can cancel it, and make a new subscription.
