Are Joomla and Moodle and the same domain?
What happens if you open in a new window ie not a wrapper?
You can check you log files for errors - Joomla and cpanel logs.
Are all checks green in the system health check?
Did you enable allow http security in iframe in Moodle?

Hi Chris, Hello Antonio,
- Joomla and Moodle are NOT at the same domain
- the system health check shows everything green, so everything is ok on Joomdle-side
- if I open the site in a new or the existing window everything is fine and I wil be redirected to the official moodle, but I want to the the moodle content directly on the website
-http security in frame in Moodle is enabled

If Joomla and Moodle are on different domains, wrapper auto-height cannot work, due to Javascript security restrictions.
You can disable auto.height in Joomdle config in Joomla, "Links behaviour" section, but user experience will be worse. If you want to use the wrapper it is better to have both platforms on same domain.
