Hi,
I am trying to enable SEO Use URL rewriting in Joomla 3.3.6, and I am getting 404 for any joomdle related pages, such as wrapper, course list etc. Is this expected?

No, this is not expected. As far as I know, this is working in other sites, unless there is some problem in more recent Joomla versions.
If you have a development enviroment and want me to take a look, this might be faster, as I currently don't have a test setup with mod_rewrite enabled. You can send info to development@joomdle.com

Never mind, I think it's Joomla related because other component also doesn't work. Thanks again for looking into it.
