Joomla Auth Token was created by Daniela
Hi,
I've done a system check via Joomdle for Joomla and it says "Joomdle Web Services Invalid auth token:" I also get a 'XML-RPC (404) Unknown error' when I try to view pages with published Joomdle Modules on my site.
I've been searching around on the web for a solution. I've read in another forum post that the Joomla Auth Token needs to be entered in Joomdle for Moodle.
I can't for the life of me figure out where to put this in Joomla. I followed the steps to installing Joomdle on both Moodle and Joomla (at least I thought I did), and no where did I see a step relating to putting the Joomla Auth token in Moodle)
If someone can let me know the exact steps for this is, it would be appreciated

You need to enter it in Joomdle plugin configuration in Moodle.

Thanks for your reply.
I saw you reply with this answer to another person on the forum, but I can't figure out exactly where the section is for this configuration.
Could you help me by providing a screen shot of the exact place I'm supposed to put it? It would save me a lot of time.
Much appreciated.

Thanks Chris.
The screenshot was helpful. It seems that the section to put the token in is not there.
Should I try the whole process again and reinstall the plugin?

If you don't see that section, you have installed an older version of Joomdle plugin in Moodle. Replace by current one.

I've gotten rid of the previous plugin install and have added this one:
auth_joomdle_moodle28_2008080232.zip
This is what I see for the Joomdle Plugin Setup in moodle.
There is still no option to place the Joomla Auth Token.

You can see in your screen shot that it is version 0.95. You need to be using Joomdle V1.0.
Maybe you have downloaded all the old Joomdle files??

Okay, where do I get the latest one from? I downloaded it directly from the moodle plugin directory.
Thanks

I am not sure what you mean by the Moodle plugin directory. All the core Joomdle files should be downloaded from this site, Download on the Menu.
www.joomdle.com/download/category/6-core
Unzip the package and you will find the Joomdle for Moodle files that need to be copied into the proper Moodle folders.
