idioma

Hola como puedo hacer que estos textos que estan predefinidos salgan en otro idioma, bueno en mi caso necesito que sea el chino que ya lo tengo instalado en moodle y en el joomla, pero no logro que se cambien estos textos

At the moment we do not have a Chinese Language File as nobody else has requested it to be done and we do not speak Chinese. At this time we have two options:
- You can provide the Chinese Language file (Simplified) and we shall provide you with a free subscription
- You subscribe to the 12 month subscription and we will hire somebody to create the Chinese Language file for you. We would do the Simplified Chinese characters used in Mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore not the Traditional used in HK.
