[Solved] User Registration Group with sync Moodle to Joomla! was created by Cedric Boscher
Good morning !

I just activated Joomdle option sync Moodle to Joomla, and it works.
My problem is that I'd like to add new users automatically from Moodle to Joomla! and also assign them automatically to my "Students" group (which is already set as New User Registration Group on Joomla! )

Well, it works when a new user subscribes directly on Joomla!, but when a new user subscribes on Moodle, his account is also created on Joomla! , but it's in "Registered" group, and not in "Students" group as I'd like :(.

Does any solution exist ?

Thanks for the bug report, I have now fixed it for next release.

If you want to fix it right away, it is easy. Edit administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/users.php , function create_joomla_user ().

By:

$user->groups[] = $newUsertype;
