Multi seat (enrollment) purchase and assign to others

I'm trying to build a course and sell through Joomdle=>Joomla eCommerce extension.

Is it possible someone purchase 10 quantity of a course and then assign that to other users?

Any way to achieve this from Joomdle+Joomla?
