Probem with bulk user upload in Moodle

Hi all!

I am experiencing a problem in Moodle. When I create an user manually in Moodle using the "joomdle" in 'authentication method" field, everyhting works fine: I can login in Moodle and Joomla with the same informafion. When I import the user to Moodle I cant login in both platforms, even choosing the same option "joomdle" like the authentication method.

Is there any way to fix it? Any solutions? I am not using the native import tool from Moodle. We develop a small application to this through PHP. We have tried several options but no success.

Please, any help, tip will be great on this issue!
