Is system check all green?
Does user exist in Joomla and Moodle, and is a Joomdle user?
If you enabled redirect-less SSO, try disabling it.

Hello Durán.

Attachment PrintCheck.jpg not found

Yes, it joomdle user.
the redirect -less SSO is disabled.

The Joomdlehooks User Plugin enabled option is not green because we use JomSocial login to face .
I think it might be the Joomdle of web services .

SSO won't work until system check page is all green.

- You need to enable joomdlehooks plugin, even if you use Jomsocial
- You need to fix last error in system check

Do you mean facebook?

Last check: re-check your Joomla URL in Joomdle config in Moodle. Also check that you don't have any security components in Joomla that may forbid Joomdle connections.

Yes, facebook.
The Moodle and Joomla are in the same domain and use SSL. Can be it?

Once you have all green checks in the system health, then I suggest that you try using the normal Joomdle login form. If that works then try the login that you wish to use.

If you do not have green checks in system health, that must be fixed first.
