logout working only once in joomla frontend

logout working only once in joomla frontend was created by dharmesh
I have noticed that once i log in my website frontend and logout then first time it is working but when I am login again and try to logout then logout is not working. My website is www.purelyb.com/ . Please check .

Are you using redirect-less SSO? Did you set the cookie path?

I checked in the access log. Only first time it is writing the url in access log but second time Url is not been hitting.
