Joomdle does not create user in Joomla was created by umbandaexplica
Hello again,

When a user registers through Moodle, joomdle does not create an account in Joomla. But if a user registers through Joomla then an account is generated in Moodle as well.

I use Joomdle only to have this user synchronization, and I need them to register in Moodle.

I'm using the latest versions of Moodle, Joomla and Joomdle.
It's all green in "check helth"

Edit: Joomdle synchronizes users that are registered in both moodle and joola, and also creates the user in moodle when it is created by joomla. But it does not create users in Joomla when it is created by moodle.

For syncing users when creating gfrom Joomdle you need:
- Enable user sync in Joomdle config in Moodle
- Use Joomdle to register new users
* If creating as admin ,select joomdle auth method
* If self-register, select Joomdle as self register method in Moodle->Manage authentication.

Hi, thank you for the answer.

Everything you said is set up Antonio and even then Joomdle does not create the user in Joomla.

Could you take a look? How can I get you an admin user?

Attachment: I created a new user (psicomazin2) through "self sign", confirmed by email and logged in to moodle. But as you can see, an joomla account has not been created.
If I register with Joomla, then joomdle works normally (and syncs users).

Edit: I can only create joomla users (which exist in moodle) if I select and click on "add user to joomla" (in the attachment window)

The user shows a check in 3rd column, meaning he has joomdle as auth method. With that, it should not be possible for him to log in to Moodle, if he has no Joomla account. Maybe you did something in the joomdle users screen after that?

Thanks for the reply Antonio, but the problem is that joomdle does not create an account in Joomla and the plugin promises such a service. I'm going to buy the HikaShop integration plugin, but if joomdle does not create Joomla account then it will not do.

Note that Joomdle was to create user in Joomla (when done in moodle), but it only creates in both platforms if it is done in joomla

I understand, I'll try to help...
Please attach pics of Joomdle config in Moodle, as well as one of "Manage authentication".
Also, create a new user in Moodle (make screenshot) and then take screenshot of Joomdle users list.
