Students Login and Admins and Logging out from Moodle

I think I am so close to be set-up and done. At least I can see only 2 things I am stuck on now.

Some student's know the full Moodle url is site.com/moodle - is there a workaround for them not being able to login since I am using a Moodle template with that now removed?

Also, I know Admins cannot take advantage of SSO, so they must login to Joomla, and then log in to Moodle wrapped. To logout without sso, however, they must log out of Moodle. I can put a link to log out in the Joomla (sitename.com/moodle//login/logout.php) but without the SSO redirect on logout from Joomla it's pretty ugly.

What is the best advised practice for working with the above?

I don't think so... but you could use a different template for stand alone Moodle and another one to use in the wrapper.
If you do that, you could change your stand alone template to display a message to go to the joomla site or something like that.

As for admins: Joomdle can do SSO for admins, but we just recommend that you keep some non-joomdle admins, so in case joomdle stops working, you can at least log in to Moodle as an admin to try to fix it.

That's good to know superadmins can use SSO, and excellent tips for the Moodle Template setup.

However, on all of my superadmins there is no box to check to then migrate to Joomdle. That's why I thought SSO was not for superadmins.
I looked in the databases for where I could change this, but was not successful in figuring this out.

Yes, we do this to prevent users from accidentally migrating admins to Joomdle.

If you already have admin user with same username in Joomla and Moodle, you only need to go to Moodle and change user's auth method to Joomdle. That's what "migrate to joomdle" does.
