Backend Moodle 'create New Account' not there was created by JohnDoubleday
I had my Moodle site upgraded and now there is no 'Create New Account' window how do I go about adding this???

Hi.
Check Moodle->Plugins->Authentication->Manage Authentication, Self registration.

Yes done that. The eye is open and still not Block In the settings for self registration there are the fields UNLOCKED is the default Is that OK ? but still no Block.

No, not the eye, but below all auth plugins. There you need to select which auth method you want to use for self-register.
