Enrolment through joomdle

Hi,

I am having an issue with the enrolment method. I have created a user and purchase a product by logging in.
Order placed, but the user is not getting enrolled in that course. I have tried all possible changes that I can make with the joomdle plugin but didn't get any success. I am using:-
Moodle:-3.4.1
Joomla:- 3.5.1
Joomdle:- 1.2.1
My site's frontend is Joomla and backend is Moodle

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Also please note that you need an active subscription in order to get support for 3rd party integration plugins.

Can you please confirm that our moodle and Joomla versions are compatible with joomdle version or not?

Yes, Joomdle is compatible with latest Joomla and Moodle.
