fields empty in moodle was created by Green
Hello
I change my host and I had to migrate my joomla/joomdle/moodle site to the new host.
When a new user create an account in joomla and then go to moodle, he automatically goes to his profil in moodle where the fields "name", "surname", "town" and "country" are empty and must fill them anew.
I didn't find the problem and the joomdle verification system is ok.
If you have time, you can try in www.informatique-bureautique.com/ then go here by exmaple : www.informatique-bureautique.com/formation-windows-10
Any help is welcome
thank's

Hi.
Have you selected any additional data source in Joomdle configuration in Joomla?
I see you are using Virtuemart for registration, but I guess you are not using the integration?

no additional data.
I use Virtuemart bur independantly of joomdle, to sell Ebooks
Everything was working fine before changing my host but, then, I also update jommla, Joomdle and moodle which were 3 months old.

Ok, then it must be something else, like some plugin showing errors.
You can use a test script to find if that's the case. Forum won't let me attach it, so you can find at:
www.joomdle.com/aux/test_joomla_user_info.php.zip
Just unzip, edit details at the start of file and upload it to your Moodle folder. Then open it with the browser and check putput.

Hi.
You should edit your post to hide confidential info. You can just delete everyhing but the answer.
As for the result, it says:
https:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0
Is your Moodle on the same server as Joomla? If so, this should no happen if system check is all green.
If it is on a different server, you will need to enable allow_url_fopen there too.

That's weird... you can check in Joomla in Moodle PHP sections, to confirm that they are both really using the same PHP config file.

I didn't find any config file specific to joomdle and nothing in the joomdle section of joomla as "config"
For confirmation, there is no "joomdle user table" and it is normal that the "joomdle_field_mappings" is empty...

In Joomla and Moodle, there is a section where you can see phpinfo() output. There you can check if allow_url_fopen is disabled in Moodle side:
Site administration->Server->PHP info
> For confirmation, there is no "joomdle user table" and it is normal that the "joomdle_field_mappings" is empty...
That's correct.
