Hi there,
I am facing a serious problem in which the joomdle users cannot login to moodle!
In Joomla I have this error in the system check: "Joomla URL seems to be misconfigured in auth plugin in Moodle" in the
Please note that moodle is in a sub domain but everything was working just fine with users being able to login from Joomla and the session was transferred in moodle.
See my configuration and here it is below:
In Moodle:
Moodle version 3.6.6
Moodle plugin version 1.2.4
Moodle is multilingual
Advanced features:
1. Enabled web services
2. Networking: On
Joomdle plugin settings:
Joomla default language: en
Joomla SEF enabled: Yes
Use redirect-less SSO: Yes
Enable web services for mobile devices: ON
In Joomla:
Joomla version 3.9.10
Joomdlehooks plugin: enabled (onAfterUserLogin)
Moodle URL in Joomdle component is correct including https://myurl
Joomla is multilingual (default in English)
I have community builder installed
In cpanel:
php version 7.3 (both domain and subdomain)
phpmyadmin Version information: 4.8.5
php ini: allow_url_fopen: On

Hi.
If this was working before, thing about any changes you may have done in Joomla recently.
Also, check this:
www.joomdle.com/wiki/System_health_check#Raw_replies
Check reply file in Moodle to know what Joomla is returning.

Hi Antonio,
Thank you for the quick respond.
I think I found the problem!
It was when I disabled Admin Tools in Joomla and all users can now login. Once I enable Admin Tools, users stay logged out of moodle
Any ideas?

Finally I have
found the solution in Admin tools
WAF settings after I enabled Admin tools:
1. Disable the Disallow site access to IPs in Blacklist in WAF (Basic features tab)
2. Add to Never block these IPs: the server IP (Exceptions tab )
