Hi.

On the users tab in joomble im having a lot of duplicated users(emails) .

I have community builder which is used to register new users. This users are synched with joomla and hikashop.

Issue is when i check users in joomdle to add that account to moodle, i see a lot duplicated emails. When i check users in joomla, cb and hikashop that same email is listed only once but in joomla is listed twice.

This is a problem for me because im recovering from a ramsonware attack, so i have to add all my users to moodle. This duplicates stop this process

Hi.

Sorry for respond now.

In joomdle list i see only one user, and when i check the user and press ADD THE USER TO MOODLE it create another user

As I guessed, this is caused by you having usernames with caps in Joomla. Moodle does not support caps in usernames, so it creates users with lowercase username, thus ending up with 2 different usernames.

You should first change Joomla usernames to lowercase, and then add the users to Moodle.

Youre Right. I set all username to lowercase a now its working.
