Language code in url for view of a course

when I see a course in joomla (wrapper view) the url string contain the language code.

Sorry, I don't understand. it-IT is the italian language string in Joomla, so that's why it shows up there.
Why do you say you need it to be only "it"?

Hi, sorry, I try to give you better information. At moment, If I display the course on joomla, it is not translated. Multilanguage filtered content is not translated, first question is....should be translated? and are not translate the labels (Ex. Category, Summary, Start Data, etc.). ....you can see connecting to orgex.org

I think Moodle will return content in the language you specify, but I have not really worked much with multilang, so I am not sure how it worked/works.

If you want me to take a look you'll need to give me specific URLs to check and much more info.

As for labels: this depends on the language you select in Joomla/Moodle.
