Hi.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't noticed this before, but I can see it in my logs too.
I will try to find the problem and get back to you soon.

You don't need to worry about this: it is just that Moodle is not logging the right function name, and so it sets "unkown".
When it is fixed, it will say "joomdle_list_courses" instead of unknown, for example.

I checked this yesterday a bit, but I could not yet understand how this can be set right in the Joomdle plugin.

Thanks Antonio, I'm trusting it's ok then.

The reason I also asked is, there is a certain course in moodle that gave a "XML-RPC Error (404): Unknown error" to a student trying to register for a specific course through the Joomla website. I'm not sure if I should be a moodle support issue either.

That 404 error is caused by Joomdle.
If you can replicate it, you should enable debugging in Moodle to get more info about the error.

Would you be able to suggest a method to replicate, without actually purchasing a course? When I establish this, I will put the site into debug mode and try replicate.

You can try changing order status in backend.

If it is only a course giving problems, I would bet that you manually modified its SKU.

Hi Antonio, is there any way I could give you a temporary login to assist? I honestly cannot see any field indicating a SKU. I see course ID which after checking, matches the moodle back-end ID.

Hi Antonio, as I typed my previous post coincidentally the client found out that there was a mimatch on the SKU code which they entered incorrectly. You were right!! Thank you very much for your support!

Please ignore my previous post.
