What should I do? I manually enrolled a test user account from moodle so by pass the enrollment process in the Joomla FE, and this happens. Is that the cause? Anyway, this is totally unexpected error. Pls help... Thanks.

That error is talking about certificates... maybe you are using the Joomdle certificates module? And you have not installed certificate module in Moodle?
