Intermittent Internal Server Error - Help! was created by robf
Hi Antonio,
I've been getting error messages, either internal server error, or specifically apache 500 internal server error, for the last 6 weeks now. This occurs when users input their password on the joomla end - the site takes about 3 minutes before returning an error page (when it should load up my joomla page with moodle iframe).
At first, it seemed to go away after 5 minutes, so we just thought it was a random 'glitch'. But more users have started to compalin about this.
Can you take a look (obviously, we can discuss a 'donation' for this!)? I'm not sue if this is related to the previous issue I had with XMLRPC (where the Joomdle calendar was, for some reason, causing the site to crash, so I took it off).
Or.. is it best I attempt a fresh install of Moodle and Joomdle on a new platform, and copy the course content over?
Thanks!
Rob

Hi.
First thing I would do is check logs for any clue, as an internal error usually leaves a trace in logs.
I would also update Joomdle to 1.0.5, as it has changes in user sync code. It would probably not fix the problem but it is good to upgrade anyway.
If above options don't help solve the problem, we'll need do some debugging. Can you always reproduce the problem?
If you want us to look into it, please send credentials to development@joomdle.com.
