My Subscriptions Not Activated was created by paul
I purchased a 6-month subscription, paid through PayPal and have the email receipt from PayPal confirming payment was sent. However, when I login to joomdle.com and click on My Subscriptions it shows 2 different 6-month subscriptions and says both are "Not Activated", both are listed as "No Status". The key in subscription number 1 under My Subscriptions matches the item numer in the PayPal receipt, and subscription number #2 matches the invoice number listed on the PayPal receipt.

Hi Paul.

Thanks for subscribing to Joomdle.

I have cheked and I see that your subcription is active, and you are on the subscribers group, so you should be able to access your downloads now. Maybe it took some extra time to process for some reason?
