[SOLVED] I don't have Joomdlehooks was created by lastevns
Note: This was solved with the help of Antonio who, because of some glitch with my installation, had to remove the installation file folder and then reinstall.

I came to my system health check and have the errors shown in the screen shot.

The first I can't solve at all because I don't have a plugin or module called Joomdlehooks. Not certain why. I looked at published and unpublished on all and see nothing there. Not certain why. How/where do I get this?

Laurie

You can re-install Joomdle Joomla package and it will install joomdlehooks.

Well, I tried this once WITHOUT first removing the previous installation and there was no joomdlehooks plug in available afterward. Getting a little discouraged. This isn't exactly a small installation.

Since an overwrite didn't work, I assume I need to uninstall everything having to do with Joomdle and begin again? I can't tell because your response was so brief.
So, if you're around, can you tell me the steps I should take to reinstall so that this finally works? Because it seems like, with all the dependencies for Joomdle, uninstalling it could potentially wreck this site.

No, you don't need to remove installation first.
If you install joomdle-joomla-package, it should install the joomdlehooks plugin. I don't understand why that does not happen at your site...

If you want you can send access info to development at joomdle email address, and I will take a look as soon as I can.

Thanks Antonio for the prompt response. I will try reinstallation once again with a fresh package. If that doesn't work I will send you (via email) credentials so you can take a look. Thanks!
