Dear support team.
Cannot fix the trouble:
An unexpected error happened: 23000021: Access control exception | ERRORCODE: accessexception
All other sysem check is OK
What is installed:
Joomdle 1.0.6
Joomla! 3.5.1
Moodle 3.1
We passed through all the ponts of System_health_check Preparing Moodle 2.x for Joomdle and Installing Joomdle in Moodle 2.x
But cannot fix the troubles. Any ideas?

I have the same problem: Errore inaspettato: 23604497: Non è possibile trovare il record nella tabella external_functions. | ERRORCODE: invalidrecord

You have an access control exception, your problem must be related to capabilities.
Check that the configured user has capability to use xmlrpc.
Also check you did not set any required capabilities when settip up the service.

What I would do is start over in Moodle: delete service and joomdle connector user, and do the process again.
