Login failed

hello
I have performed the following steps:

1. created a test account in moodle
2. sync moodle profiles
3. Add users to joomla

i tried to login in joomla using the test account but the message was "login failed"

How can i manage to make this account login in joomla with the same username and password that has been created in moodle

When you sync an account from Moodle to Joomla after user is created in Moodle, Joomla will send a new password for him.

This is not a normal process, as for new users you would either create them in Joomla, or create them in Moodle setting their auth method to joomdle when creating them.
