Please let me know where i can read about vimeo and joomdle. Also for the basic plan would these plug ins for free for now handle and accomodate vimeo once we get there? thank you

There is no plugin in Joomdle for Vimeo. Course content is managed by Moodle, so you just need to check how Vimeo works on Moodle.
