XML-RPC Error After Installation

I always follow directions when installing extensions on sites I manage, and carefully followed all the steps to install Joomdle. However, I kept getting this "white screen" error in Joomla: XML-RPC Error (23000021): Access control exception | ERRORCODE: accessexception

This seemed to happen when logging in/out, editing my profile, etc. Some of these errors were in Community Builders, while others were with the site in general.

It might have to do with cookies settings, but after trying a number of different things, I was able to eliminate the error by disabling the Joomla plugin, User hooks - Joomdle.

Joomdle Version: 1.0.7 | Joomla Version: 3.6.2 | Moodle Version: Moodle 3.1.1 (Build: 20160711)
PHP Version: 7.0.10 | XML-RPC Version: xmlrpc-epi v. 0.51
I should note -- I operated Joomla and Moodle side-by-side for a year, so, I want to sync the users, but I'm a bit nervous considering the other problems I had.

The accessexpection error message is from Moodle and indicates a lack of capabilities.

As for your problem: if access control exception only shows in some pages, it must be a different issue.

If you want you can send access info and testing instruction to reproduce the problem to antonio at joomdle.com email address, and I will take a quick look in case I see something.

That's because your name was your email too. I've changed it too now, so it does not show up.
