XML-RCF error in new install

Hi,
I have an XML RCF error in a new installation.
In PHP ini extension=php_xmlrpc.dll enable
In joomla - system information PHP settings> XML Enables: Yes
But in Joomdle- System Check> XMLRPC PHP Extension You need to install / enable the XMLRPC extension in your PHP configuration
What is wrong
Joomdle 1.0.7
Joomla 3.6.2
Moodle 31
PHP 5.6.26

As message says, you need to install xmlrpc extension in PHP.
It is NOT installed at the moment.
