I just re-checked my System Health check and found the following error and a red X next to Joomdle Web Services. I didn't find a fix in the documentation (maybe I missed it). Can you point me to a fix or source for more information?

An unexpected error happened: 28260048: Invalid response value detected | DEBUG INFO: joomdle_auth => Invalid response value detected: Invalid external api response: the value is "", the server was expecting "int" type | ERRORCODE: invalidresponse

Thanks!

Is Joomdle installed and enabled on Moodle?

Update: I had mistyped the original token. When I retyped it I finally got a green check on the Web Services item. So it seems this issue is solved.

Following your question, I decided to go through all of the installation steps again to make certain I'd installed Joomdle correctly. I even created a second Webservices/Joomdle user and (perhaps incorrectly) generated a new token. I entered that new token and now, instead of getting the previous error code (28260048), I get a message that I am using an incorrect token. So, I entered the previous token that I'd used. I still get an error saying that there is an incorrect token. Neither seem to work. Can you help?

A clarification (since I also have an open question about my localhost/test environment on XAMPP) this question refers to my live site on a BlueHost server. All of my system health ceck items are in the green with the exception of Joomdle Web Services.

If you get incorrect token, that's it: there's no more room to it: token is wrong.
If you had it working with original token, why creating new users and services? Anyway,if I were you I would just delete user, services and tokens, and start over following the installation steps.
